Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Job Panda at www.jobpanda.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Job Panda provides AI mock interview practice and coaching — generating tailored interview questions, transcribing and scoring your spoken answers, and producing improved answers and a reusable story bank. It also includes job-search tools (job matching, resume and cover-letter tailoring, application tracking, and a browser extension for form autofill). The service is provided on an “as is” basis and is subject to change.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false or misleading resume or profile information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service at scale
• Use the service to spam employers or submit applications without intent
• Share your account credentials with others

4. No guarantee of job outcomes

Job Panda is a practice and preparation tool. We make no guarantees that using the service will result in interviews, job offers, or employment. AI-generated content (interview questions, scores, improved answers, resumes, cover letters, autofill answers) is for your guidance and should be reviewed by you before you rely on or submit it.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, preferences, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@jobpanda.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Panda and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
